I really do like eating here, I go here about every 6 months and they have never disappointed me. Yes sometimes the food can be cold, but for the most part they are always bring more food out. If you have children they have many other options to get if they aren't a big Chinese fan. The location is always clean and the staff is always super nice!
I really like the food here. You can tell they pay attention to detail. They care how the food tastes. However I thought it was funny that there was a picture in the men's room with nothing in it. Just an empty frame glued to the wall. Weird. I posted a pic of the picture.
I eat here about once a month. I'd actually visit more often if I could learn to control myself. They have 3 main buffet tables. The first has appetizers/finger foods like egg roll and potstickers. The second has main dishes. I usually get the chicken dishes, there are three but are all basically the same chicken with 3 sauces. There are also a couple of beef dishes and at least 3 seafood/shrimp dishes. The last table has a salad bar and also some different kinds of sushi. There is a small dessert table and also a freezer with different flavors of ice cream you scoop yourself. I think they do a fairly good job of bringing out fresh food. I was there this week for an early dinner and saw cooks bringing out food several times while I was there. I usually go at lunch and it is moderately busy. Drinks aren't included but you can add that.
